iPHONE INSTRUCTIONS

STEP 1) Turn off rotating wifi address on an iPhone.

- Open Settings
- Tap Wi-Fi and find "Hotspot"
- Tap the blue information button ⓘ on the right side of the the wifi name Hotspot
- Toggle off Private Address
-Confirm "Allow tracking" (this will only apply to this wifi network)
-NOW RE-CONNECT to Hotspot Wifi and wait for payment portal to load.

STEP 2) Select service and enter your email to receive payment link
STEP 3) Check email, click the secure payment link and make payment.

ANDROID INSTRUCTIONS

STEP 1) Turn off MAC randomization on an Android.

- Open Settings
- Select Network & Internet or Connections
- Select Wi-Fi
- Find "Hotspot" wifi
- Tap the gear icon next to the network name
- Select Advanced
- Select Privacy
- Select Use Device MAC 
-NOW RE-CONNECT to Hotspot Wifi and wait for payment portal to load.

STEP 2) Select service and enter your email to receive payment link
STEP 3) Check email, click the secure payment link and make payment.
